Rupert (aka Mr Real) has lived and breathed the clothing trade since he was 17. His first job was for Just Pants Plus as a Saturday lad, he then worked in fashion shops before becoming a sales rep for Wolsey. After getting married, Rupert took the plunge and became self-employed as a sales agent, this further fuelled his desire to have his own business. On his first date with Lucy, he told her his ambition was to own his own fashion store, so you could say he has lived his dream.

A born retailer, Lucy (aka Little Lucy) has been a big part of our team for over 10 years. Lucy grew up in Southwell, so like Rupert, she has all the local knowledge and knows lots of our lovely customers. Lucy has had two periods of maternity leave and we have been so pleased she came back to work each time, as she is an integral part of the team. Lucy has an eye for detail and is brilliant at merchandising our stock to make everything look perfect in store.

Nancy joined us when she was looking for a new challenge and quickly established herself as a hard-working member of the team. Nancy never stops, she always finds something that needs doing, and  is brilliant at dealing with all types of customers with her calm and helpful manner.
